ANRAS, the Institute for Public Procurement,

The importance of what you do is can't be highly stated enough. When we turn paperwork into you guys to go through the procurement process, the turnover is critical for so many projects to get done over and over again. But with the efficiency you guys are doing the job and the effectiveness, uh the accuracy has been phenomenal. And even when we have

    tough situations, your uh team has done a phenomenal job with us. So we greatly appreciate you.

Yeah, I certainly appreciate what you do and And the way you do it, because I think it was last year or something that something came up and it wasn't quite right or it didn't seem right. So but after questioning and actually talking to y'all about those issues And you're explaining what you have to go through and itemize each and every step that you have to go through to get a project. For the procurement. I mean It's fantastic. It's you're

    very much deserving of war and having this time represent what y'all do because it's a very, very important part of Pasco County and what we do. And the better you are, the better we are. So makes us be a Premier County. A little bit closer because of your efforts. Thank you. Mr. Bradford.

    I've been in office for a few months. I have to admit that uh um I was frustrated because I didn't know what you did. Uh so first of all, thank you for the education. I'm no longer frustrated. I understand the system. There's always a system in place. I can't look at uh my legislative aid and go Well I can, but I'm not sure. don't want to. Here's a hundred bucks, go buy me a chair or something like that. Usually for So anyway,

    I I do appreciate everything that you do. I finally got some smiles out of the back. So if you don't smiles Toastmasters is coming back and put you up front so you can talk. There we go. So anyway, thank you so much and uh If I can ever be a service, don't hesitate to call. Thank you.

And and while sometimes the act of government procurement may seem um a little more difficult than just picking up your credit card to go do things, there is there are laws that we have to comply with with for using public funds in a responsible manner.
