    Uh it's an honor to bring forward um for confirmation Mr. Murphy. He is a um very astute individual with a very uh productive background in local government services. He has a master's degree in public administration and uh there was a correction because we had it in education. I apologize for that. It's been corrected, and um Mr. Murphy is looking to start on November 29th. We're excited about him being on his team, serving

    as the BCS Director of Administration that's really dealing with things that we work with on a detailed basis with regard to budgets, uh grant agreements, contracts, etc. So we're excited to present to you Mr. Murphy. Welcome. Do you want to address the board?

    Sure, I'd just like to thank you um Madam Chair and and Commissioners for your consideration today. Uh I'm I'm a local boy so I'm from Florida and so you don't have to worry about cross politics. Um but I did receive my Master of Public Administration here at USF and never sort of left the greater Tampa Bay area. I have over seventeen years of public administration experience, uh last five of those most recent years as chief executive of a small municipality in Penellas County, so What's sort of a what's that?
