Jack MarianoOkay, go ahead, Ms. Wolfe.
Unidentified speakerVoice AHi, good afternoon. Heather Wolf with the Rural Property and Planning Division. I do have a PowerPoint associated with this presentation.
Jack MarianoGo right ahead.
Unidentified speakerVoice AOkay. The Rural Property team has received a petition to vacate a portion of a plaited right-of-way from Malicos Inc. The petitioner seeks to vacate a 5,473.7 square foot portion of the platted right-of-way located on Clark Street, Normand Way in Hudson, Florida. This property is also known as In on the Gulf. Next slide, please.
The parking configuration surrounding the property is compromised of approximately 52 parking spaces that either entirely or partially encroach onto the platted rights of way of Clark Street, Normand Way. The petitioner is requesting vacation in order to obtain title to the portion of the parking spaces that encroach into the right-of-way. After research and review, the team recommends approval. Next slide, please.
Okay. Um Team would recommend approval on this item.

Eric GardunioChairman, I think your mic is off.
Barbara WilhiteGood after good afternoon. This is Barbara Wilheite again. Sorry, I have two different places to touch here. Um good afternoon, Barbara Wilheite representing the applicant. I want to thank the county staff for their hard work on this. It's an anomaly that it's been like this for so many years where the parking spots are half on the client's property and half on On the county's right of way. We've come to a very good balance of how to protect the public's interest moving forward, but also to allow this great business and property owner
of ours and Jem out there at Hudson Beach to be able to move forward and invest further in his property because he now has those parking spots. So thank you again to staff for their hard work on this and the County Attorney's Office. Thank you.
Jack MarianoUm thank you, Ms. Woolhite. Do we have any questions for the applicant at this time?
Any questions? Okay, seeing no questions, um we do not have anybody signed up to speak on this item. So if there's no further questions, it is to the board.
