    Good afternoon. Joanne Rivita, Real Property and Planning. The real property and planning team has received a petition to vacate a portion of a platted drainage and utility easement filed by Joshua Hemingway and Jennifer Garrison. The petitioners have requested this vacation for the purpose of correcting an encroachment and of requesting to vacate only the footprint of the house in the pool. There were no objections to this petition and the team recommends approval.
