    Good afternoon. Joanne Ravita, Real Property and Planning. The Real Property team has received a petition to vacate a portion of a plated drainage and access easement filed by Shoshanka Kemphel. Petitioner has requested the vacation for the purpose of constructing a deck and is requesting to vacate only five feet of the fifteen foot easement. There were no objections to this petition. The team recommends approval.

    Yes, it was. They executed a um an encroachment easement for the petitioner to build his deck.
