    Ron OakleyChair

    a time set.

    Uh was up again.

    Kathryn StarkeyVice Chair

Okay, um we have on the consent agenda C eighty-six, C thirty-three, AC185, C64, C eighty-nine. I'm gonna pull off C thirty-six and uh Commissioners, is there anything else you'd like to see pulled from the consent agenda?

    Mike Moore

    Seaton move for approval. Second.

    Kathryn StarkeyVice Chair

Um we do have two addendums to the consent items AC one eighty five and AC one eighty six. Those will be

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

AC one eighty five got just got a little bit of a sort of thing.

    Kathryn StarkeyVice Chair

Oh yes it did. Okay, so we'll take that one off. So so AC one eighty six. Okay. All in favor of the consent agenda? Aye. Aye. Opposed? Nay? All right, we will take up C well let's take up C thirty-six first. Adjust um

You know the our our uh community Marcy's department I always get mixed up with community services, community development, but they're always looking for properties. And so just wanna make sure that this is nothing that would be suitable for us to put some housing on because she told me she had wanted the one on Mile Stretch And um to build T what that's a great place to put some affordable housing on mile stretch, but it's too late now, I understand. But is Mariposa suitable for

So give to one of our partners to build some housing.

    Andrew Baxter

Good morning, Facilities Management Andrew Baxter. With our surplus and disposition property program we review Uh all properties with internally. And it includes community development prior to it ever coming to the board. And so they have vetted it. They have ensured that it is not uh a property that they desire. And so this property is ready for to be declared surplus.

    Jack Mariano

Okay. Okay. Go ahead, Commissioner Mariano.

    Andrew Baxter

That will be determined once we once we put it out for sale. Um and then the we'll bring it back to the board for For its final disposition. This is just to declare it surplus. This allows us to then solicit for a bid on the property.

    Kathryn StarkeyVice Chair

So for example the property on Mile Stretch it was our old fire station. Um that's an area that we're looking for redevelopment and um and also housing, you know, workforce housing. So in my opinion that would have been a great site for a eight plex or something, but That ship has sailed, I think. But I'm gonna keep my eye out. A little stronger. So make sure I get that list too. Okay.

    Andrew Baxter

No problem, Matt. We'll make sure that you're on the disposition list.

    Kathryn StarkeyVice Chair

Thank you. All right. C eighty six.

    And there she is.

Oh on C thirty si Well, can we just take them together? Come on up, Marcy.

    Unidentified speakerVoice B

Good morning, Commissioners. Uh item C eighty-six is an amendment to our HART program, which is emergency rental assistance program with the US Treasury. Uh it is amending uh agreements with our partner agencies. to extend the uh scope of work and the terms of agreement through the end of January so they could fully expend their money. And we have a couple of changes to the memo. Uh

they include the number of agencies have gone from nine to eight bec because one agency is fully expended and then one of the amendments was not properly signed by the

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

    Notary.

    Unidentified speakerVoice B

Notary, thank you. For and now it is. Great.

    Kathryn StarkeyVice Chair

Okay. Um seeing and no questions, I would take a motion to approve C eighty six, C thirty-six. All in favor? Aye. Opposed? All right. Thank you.

    Okay. It's ten fifty three.

    Kathryn StarkeyVice Chair

Madam Chair, I I I don't believe um it was on the record um the ones that were withdrawn, just the okay the agenda item. So if you just wanna like to state that in the record that they're withdrawn.

    Kathryn StarkeyVice Chair

Yep, C thirty three, AC one eighty five, C sixty four, and C eighty-nine were withdrawn.

    Kathryn StarkeyVice Chair

    Thank you, ma'am.
