    Leanne Mcdonald

Good afternoon. Uh my name's Leanne McDonald with the Real Property Division. The Real Property team has received a petition to vacate a platted utility and drainage easement filed by Metropolitan Ministries. The petitioner has requested the vacation for the purpose of redeveloping. the parcel for a new outreach center. Initially, Duke Energy and Frontier objected to this objection, objected to this vacation, however, the petitioner

entered into a private easement agreement with each of the utilities. after that there were no objections to this petition. So the team recommends an approval.

    Kathryn Starkey

You know, I'm gonna be looking at vacations closely, but on this one I approve a hundred percent and I would make a motion to approve.

    Mr.

    Chairman Mariano.

    Leanne Mcdonald

No, Metropolitan Ministries owns the parcels. We're just vacating the easement so that they can do their uh new development.
