    Good morning, board members. Andrew Baxter, Facilities Management Director. C16, we originally put this in and the language was asked to be revised to make it clear that this is an agreement and an exempt purchase. Um and so previously it only said exempt purchase. So with that a change to add that language not only to the agenda title but also the body of the agenda memo. We recommend approval.
