    Good afternoon, Joanne Rivita, Real Property Division. The Real Property Team has received a petition to vacate a portion of three platted rights of way by thirteen state properties. The purpose of the vacation is to consolidate the petitioners' surrounding properties for development. There were no objections to this petition, and the team recommends approval.
