I especially want our staff to go back to the table with New Port Richey Port Ritchie and go look at which ones are actually blighted properties, which ones are not and see if we get some concessions as we did. Years ago to remove the properties that are Top quality properties that don't need to be under that. That's a burden on the taxpayers. So I'll move approval. Second. Rocal vote.
