Again the local business just starting to create jobs here and if we needed to we could always work with a different company to bring in something temporary. if the m savings were big enough, but I think it's worth taking a look at. When we looked at these bathrooms, the initial expense was I don't remember if Chase is here, but it was like Last budget cycle or budget cycle four, I think it was knocked on the what, a million bucks or something. And then we went back and took a sheriff looked at it and said, Yeah, I agree, million dollars worth of bathrooms is a little bit high. $244,000, almost $245,000 for bathroom still is a bit painful. There's showers too

   1:44:56But we need to we need to let get some sort of facility out there for folks to get cleaned up while they're training. What the right way is, I don't know, but just expensive.

Uh that seems like a lot of only two hundred and some thousand dollars for this portable bathroom we're gonna sit out there, but it's a very well built uh bathroom area, but the fact of it is you can build a building with men's and ladies restrooms and the snack bar like we've done at uh Keith Wiley's had that before in some of our parks. You're talking about up up five hundred thousand dollars or more for bathrooms and a snack bar. And it's very, very expensive. So when you

   1:45:38look at this number it looks very high for what it is, but the fact of it is it's cheaper than building that concrete and building like before. Which Andrew I believe can enlighten you on that. So

   1:45:51And the other thing is I wanna point out that does have showers, bathrooms. It's it's a trailer. Um I I just I don't like that they're using porta potties out there and I think our um I think we can I like I think it's two it two hundred thousand dollars in the big scheme of things to let them have good facilities with showers and things like that. Um and it would solve the problem now. I'm all for it.

   1:46:33Uh Yes, sir. We can so the way this was purchased, it was purchased through a cooperative purchase agreement. So it's already pre-bid. Um we used Omnia Partners in this instance. Um and the Williams Scotsman Company, they now call themselves Will Scott. Uh they're a nationwide company that uh makes modular trailers of uh all sorts of different styles, whether it's office. Yep. Uh so in this instance, this trailer is i includes eight restrooms, uh

   1:47:04five showers, two A D A uh two of those are ADA equipped Um so this is a it it meets all the needs uh that's out there. So this isn't just some small restroom facility. This is a pretty good size uh facility. Um for instance, as just comparison. The uh the Starkey Park Trail, uh we we did a $496,000. Um, but that was a m a modular precast con

   1:47:34uh concrete uh restroom facility. So just for comparison of of different type of products in this same sort of genre uh of facility, um this it really is what we know we feel we

   1:47:49Yes, ma'am. But we we really have looked for the the most cost effective solution. Um and we we can absolutely try to make sure it's expedited as fast as possible. And I think that's part of what we're what we're looking for out of this. I don't have the exact dates but I can certainly get that for you. Right we gotta keep moving. And where's it gonna be made? I don't know the exact location it's gonna be pretty.

I hate them things too. So I do wanna change it. I think it's I don't think it's a bad price even. But if we could get it done locally and even cheaper. I think it's worth a look.
