    There are two rezoning agendas, regular and consent. Staff will present each application to the Board of County Commissioners. Staff or Planning Commission. If staff or planning commission has recommended approval and there is no opposition, the application will be considered by the board without further presentation. If staff or planning commission has recommended denial or if there is opposition. The application will If there or if there is opposition to the application. The applicant will be given five minutes for presentation. The opposition will be given

    three minutes for each individual or five minutes for a group representative. and the applicant will be given three minutes for rebuttal.
