    concerns on the matter I'm very quite important and add some clarity to that. Okay, so this con this uh item is renewing the annual maintenance contract for all of our HVAC systems in roughly 50 buildings countywide. Um I know it's a big dollar amount on there, but only three point seven million dollars is gonna fund the annual maintenance. The rest of it is uh authority being requested to issue task orders for repairs on an ongoing basis throughout the year. So as things break or we

    s need their reach their end use reach the end of their useful service life and we need to replace them, we tend to use this vendor and ask them for a proposal and if it seems fair and reasonable, we'll award to them and ex have this vendor execute that we do. So it's a it's a maintenance plus uh limited IDIQ type or indefinite. quantity indefinite delivery type contract to execute requires.

    Yes. When we originally awarded the contract, we contemplated a three-year base with one-year options uh to Uh it was two one year options to run, make a total five term, five contra five year contract term. Um and we did that so that if the vendor didn't perform satisfactorily in the first three years, we would then Look to go out to see uh prepare another. This this vendor is done. Oh Fairly well well for our maintenance and repair program.
