Um, Mr. Chairman Members of the Board, this item is to approve an exempt purchase and service agreement, charter communications operating, doing business with Spectrum. This contract is all of our advanced broadband metro metro, Ethernet, and Coaxial services for the county. Her reason why this was late was the complexity of the contract and the timing of the agenda assembly. That recommends approval.
