    Yes, sir, Mr. Chairboard. On the 6th of July, you approved the Sheriff's Office request to apply for this grant, the Edward Byrne Memorial Program with the Department of Justice. As part of that requirement, part of the grant requirement, you're required to take public comment on the grant. At that meeting, you set the public comment date for today at this time. And so the request is for you to take public comment on the grant. and then approved distribution and the we'll move on and meet the DOJ requirement.
