Oh P fifty four, yes. Uh we're gonna move P fifty four to the end of the meeting, right before we hear the Comp uh the MP D request. The MP reject MP reject request of P sixty eight. Uh so let's go to P P uh P sixty three.

Okay, so P sixty three was advertised in the Tampa Bay Times on June fourteenth, twenty twenty three.

    Ron OakleyVice Chair

    Sixty three.

    Jack MarianoChair

We're gonna just make a couple of changes.

    Seth Weightman

    Chapter sixty three.

    Jack MarianoChair

    No?

    Bob

Yes. Hello, the item you have before you here is uh Cold Side Health Care's application for a TEFRA loan. TEFRA loan is a conduit loan, which means the money is not being borrowed from the county, simply flowing through the county. However, IRS regulations do require a public hearing and the approval of this application is your acknowledgement that this loan is done because it is in the public interest.

    Kathryn Starkey

Do we have to do anything else?

    Bob

But just if I could oh nothing here. And so Gulf Side is seeking to borrow $12 million for the construction of the Gulf Side Center for Hospice Care, which is located on Deer Park Drive in Newport Ridge. And for those at home, just wanted to re-emphasize that the county will have no obligation related to these bonds. The county is not responsible. For paying the debt service. There's no cost to the county, and Gulfside is not borrowing from Pasco

County. I would ask that the board open it up for public hearing afterwards. We we have Brooke Gonzalez from Brian Miller Olive, which is the county's bond counsel here. Linda Ward, CEO of Gulfside Healthcare, here is here, and of course Mr. Steinside has been deeply involved in this deal. And we are here to answer any questions after the public hearing if you have any.

    Jack MarianoChair

    Okay. Any questions? Yeah.

No one signed up. No one signed up. Anyone here to speak to Adam P sixty three?

    District Five Chairman

    Moved to approve.

    Jack MarianoChair

Second. I have a motion and a second. Roll call vote.

    Kathryn Starkey

    District one, Commissioner Oakley.

    Jack MarianoChair

    Kathryn Starkey

Commissioner Weightman. Aye. District three, Commissioner Starkey. Aye. District four, Chairman Commissioner Bradford.
