five miles north of State Road fifty two. Providing for repealers of probability and an effective date. And this comes with a recommendation to approve.

Ordinance number nineteen section three severability states in part if exhibits are invalid The ordinance shall be suspended. The exhibits of the date data that referenced traffic impact was done before Efferin cutoff was resurfaced and widened in corners. The numbers do not accurately reflect the amount of substantially increased traffic after the airing cutoff was improvements. Some exhibits reference in the Collier Parkway extension and Collier
