It's an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan providing for a large scale Comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use maps. Map two-15 and sheet O four, changing from Res three to res six, excuse me, on approp approximately thirty-seven 37.77 acres of real property located on the east side of Colony
Road, south of Fairwinds Road, approximately half a mile north of State Road 52. With associated sub-area policy, future land use 7.1.54 Colony Road. and an amendment to the future land use sub-area map two-nine fifty four Colony Road, providing for repealer, severability, and an effective date. Uh today we ask that you adopt this ordinance by roll call vote.
