Okay, item PC one, um let's uh have the we're gonna have the applicants uh promoted so that they can answer any questions.

    Jaimie GirardiVice Chair

    Okay.

    Gil Livingstone

Hi folks, this is Bill Livingstone. I'm the architect for the project online. I'll be happy to answer any questions for you.

    Jaimie GirardiVice Chair

Okay. Uh Michael, I think you had the questions initially about it. You wanna You want to start on?

    Michael J. Cox

Yeah, I you know it When looking at the site plan, I realize it doesn't uh really encourage too much and it's in only in a couple corners. Um Of the project. Um one my concern is if it doesn't get built, then that variance will be Per minute. For that piece of property?

    Gil Livingstone

Well, we've already got the private providers full approval. The only thing we're waiting on building is the fire marshal. And obviously Just we've got to get through this so that we can get our site approved. Okay.

    Denise

Let's let's have him sworn in prior. I apologize. Um let's swear you in. Uh just state your name and your address for the record, and then the clerk will swear swear you in. Sorry about that.

    Gil Livingstone

No, no, that's not you gotta raise your right. My right's kind of stuck right now. Yeah, I'm just teasing. That's okay, go ahead.

    Clerk

Do you swear or affirm the testimony you're about to give is the truth so help you God?

    Jaimie GirardiVice Chair

I do. Thank you. All right, great. Fantastic. Okay. Um well I think uh what Michael is uh suggesting would not impede what you want to do. It's going to improve it. You would be approved. It would only be if you didn't go forward with your uh

    Gil Livingstone

And that's no problem. I mean if if you want to put something in the approval saying, hey, if the owner decides not to build, this variance is no longer in effect, I would say go for it. not gonna make a difference to us because We're all ready to build. We're just waiting on this to get through.

    Michael J. Cox

Right. What do you think? What do you think, Michael? I mean that that's fine with me. David, how do we make that happen?

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

You would add a condition that says that this approval does not run with a land and shall Expire if the um The assisted living facility is not constructed.

Denise has Denise has language he's used in the past, similar language. He's using the pad.

    Michael J. Cox

Okay. Um So I saw also that it was approved for up to 381 units. How many units are you uh gonna be putting in there?

    Gil Livingstone

Maximum of two hundred and forty people. That's a hundred and twenty units.

    Michael J. Cox

Oh, gotcha. Gotcha. Okay. All right. Um

    Denise
