    Okay. So that's as I'm just gonna read this out real quick. Zoning amendment continuance, seven oaks MPD master plan, unit development, SP Associates, limited partnership and modifications to the currently approved MPD master plan and conditions of approval. Again, I don't that should not say approval with conditions. That's an error on staff's part. Um That is a continuance. Um, I folks, that um we have that has to be heard on the east side of the county, as you well know. Um, the next meeting on the east side of the county is on August

    4th. The meeting, I don't think there's another one in August after that. Just beware that that was an item that had quite a bit of public comment and um uh emails and that we've seen with the number of people that have Possibly, you know, I don't know. I won't get into it, but there's a lot of people that have obviously sent emails. So There'll be a lot of comp public comments, so I'm gonna leave it up to you guys. You want to continue it to August or you want to move or you want

    No. Um PDD 27487, 7 Oaks, MPUD for SB Associates Limited and Modification to the currently approved MPUD master plan conditions of approval. The applicant has requested a continuance. to the first public hearing. That is on at the historic Pasco County Court Courthouse in January of 2021 at 130. However, the board has not yet adopted the public hearing schedule for 2021, but that is the

    specific request from the applicant.
