This was actually advertised as a continuance, but I do want to read into record the correction. This is actually a uh this one was supposed to be the adoption hearing on your item in P eighty four actually. So this is scheduled for continuance or the request is to continue continue the adoption hearing to September twenty eighth,

I will read the item into record. It's an ordinance by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners app amending the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 600, overland special district areas, section 602.8 T. VOPH development and administrative review fees and map change to Exhibit six oh two dash E, VOPH

   4:08Master Roadway Plan, Exhibit A, Tyndall Road, East West Street, a right of way alignment and other amendments as necessary for internal consistency, providing for applicability, repealer, severability, inclusion into the land development code and an effective date. This came to you for first reading on the twenty fourth of August and it went to the LPA on June twenty-fourth, where it they found it consistent with a comprehensive plan and recommended approval to the Board of County Commissioners.
