Um some of the interior units might be a smaller tree. um smaller poem or something like And some of the town home products, the Live Oaks, it's just not enough space but But in other places we build we're able to make it look really nice. And your your staff is is also pushing for perimeter landscaping

    on all of our other telephone projects. So I think Message is definitely correct.

    Well I appreciate that. We we hope to fix it on LDC, but until then I'll be asking at these kind of earrings. for some trees in the front. So I appreciate that.     Yeah. Jeremy, when you put the trees in, if you're gonna put oaks in, how they couldn't they affect the sidewalk? Would palm trees be better? You'll make that judgment?

    They won't be oak put oak trees in the right-of-way. Okay.

    We don't want we don't want live oaks. It just won't work for that application. Might be some other tree like a holly or something of that nature that doesn't grow like that.
