So once again, is the applicant present virtually or otherwise?
DeniseThe applicant is virtually present.
Charles GreyChairAll right. And would the applicant like to comment first or Hold comment until we hear what the concern is. Uh
Unidentified speakerVoice AI will this is uh Joseph Catuso and I will hold comment until I hear hear what the concern is.
Charles GreyChairOkay, thank you. Okay, I think uh we had somebody in the far back somewhere. Oh, okay. She moved on me. Getting a jump on me.
Okay.
Unidentified speakerVoice BHello.
Charles GreyChairSo can we
Unidentified speakerVoice Bhear you?
Charles GreyChairBefore you start, we just need your name and address. Oh I'm sorry. That's right.
Unidentified speakerVoice BAnnette Galbraith.

Jaimie GirardiVice ChairOkay. Thank you. And were you sworn?
Unidentified speakerVoice BYes. Okay. Mm-hmm. The my concern is when the building started being um initially started Um the we ended up with a lot of water in the back. Of our property. Since then the builder has done an awesome job at restricting that amount of water that's setting in the backyard. My concern is The area that I noticed yesterday that they were filling with more dirt.
was kind of a retention pond. In the back And I'm wondering if he's going to plans to put anything over there like a parking lot or a pool or that type of thing or if there's going to be area for drainage.
Charles GreyChairOkay.
Unidentified speakerVoice BThank you.
Charles GreyChairThank you very much. You can just lay that on the table there if you'd like. Wherever it's convenient.
All right, we'll have the uh applicant uh there's no anybody else? I don't think there was. Okay, so we'll have the applicant respond to those uh concerns, please.
Are you with us? Molly.
Unidentified speakerVoice AYeah, I'm here.
Go ahead, Bruce.
Unidentified speakerVoice COkay, um this is Bruce Wolney with WRA Engineering, the civil engineer for the applicant. Um the there is an existing parking area um just north of the amenity center that's uh currently being constructed. This uh parking area was permitted along with the subdivision plans um and And so and right behind the parking area, there is nothing
additional proposed. As a matter of fact, there is a drainage swale and a drainage inlet that is designed to accept any runoff that might be impounded in the area as as uh the the neighbor, I believe. Expressed a concern with. And so in the area's final constructed condition, and there should be positive drainage through that swale into our master stormwater
system that should carry the runoff to our stormwater ponds internal to the development, which ultimately discharges at the far south end of the subdivision itself, which is uh farther south than the south side of the amenity center site.
Charles GreyChairAll right. So what amenities are you installing there?
Unidentified speakerVoice CIt's uh an amenity center building and an amenity center pool.
Charles GreyChairOkay.
Unidentified speakerVoice CAnd that's to the southeast of the uh the a neighbor's property. Whereas the parking area is directly to the east.
Charles GreyChairAll right. Are any questions from the dais?
Nothing. All right. Well that's good. I think that answered most of our questions. So um I'll hear a motion?
Unidentified speakerVoice AI'll make a motion to uh approve PC three.
Christopher PooleSecond.
Unidentified speakerVoice AWe
Charles GreyChairhave a ma motion to approve PC three. Um With staff's recommendations.
