It's an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan, providing for a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use maps, map two-fifteen and sheet zero five, from what res one residential one dwelling unit per gross acre to comm commercial on approximately 3.9 acres of real property located at the Intersection of County Line Road and February Lane and providing for additional text amendments as necessary for internal consistency, providing

    for repealer, severability, and an effective date. This was uh this comes to you with a recommendation uh to find out that they found consistency um with the comprehensive plan by the local planning agency on August 26th of 2021. And again, um we're asking that you adopt this by rule call vote.
