located north of State Road 52 and west of Bellamy Brothers Boulevard. A text amendment creating sub-area policy flu 7.1.64 thought fair cloth at Bellamy. A map amendment to future land use map two-9, adding sub-area map two-964, fair cloth at Bellamy, providing for additional text amendments as necessary. For internal consistency, providing for repealer, severability, and an effective date was presented to a local planning agency who found it consistent with the comprehensive plan and recommended approval to the Board of County Commissioners on December 9th,
2021. And it was transmitted to the Department of Economic Opportunity and other reviewing agencies on January 11, 2022. Again, please accept public comment and adopt by roll call vote.
