Providing for a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use map, Map 2-15 and Sheet O one, changing from Res 6, residential 6 dwelling units per gross acre, and res 9 residential 9 dwelling units per gross acre, to IL, Industrial Light, on approximately 33 acres of real property located to the south of Coit Road, west of Bower Road, east of the CSX Railroad, and north of Cummer Road, and providing for additional text amendments

This comes to you with um this this went to the local planning agency on February 3rd, 22, who found it consistent with the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan and recommended approval to the Board of County Commissioners.
