Is an ordinance by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners establishing a temporary moratorium one hundred and eighty days on the submission and acceptance of applications for building permits, site plans, special exception uses. Conditional uses, rezoning, and comprehensive plan amendments proposing to increase entitlements within them within the moratorium areas. Providing for authority, legislative findings of fact, definitions, moratorium areas. Temporary moratorium imposed, duration of temporary moratorium

    moratorium and severability. This is being requested for a continuance of the March twenty-second, twenty twenty-two BCC meeting in New Port Richey. This is the airport zoning uh Temporary moratorium.

    322. Madam Chair, I I would like to actually move this a little farther out. I'm getting way too many questions from stakeholders. We had this I had a discussion with the team um staff at lunchtime too. Um lot of questions, a lot of concerns by stakeholders out there. I think we need more time. I need more time myself as well to learn more about this. Um there's I don't want to get into the weeds right now, but there's a there's a lot of uh areas that I wasn't even aware that we're gonna be included in this. Um there's concerns. So

    I I think this needs to be pushed at least another month. to give time for all the stakeholders to get involved on both sides.
