Item P50 is an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan, providing for a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use map, map 2-15 and sheet 04, from RES One, residential one-dwelling unit per gross acre, to IH, industrial heavy, on approximately 8.86 acres of real property, low Located on the west side of Soft Wind Lane, approximately 0.39 mile north of Hudson

    Avenue, and providing for additional text amendments as necessary for internal consistency, providing for repealer severability and effective date, and this comes with a recommendation of approval.
