It's for rezoning from R1MH, Single Family Mobile Home District, to MPUD Master Plan Unit Development District to allow 315,000 square feet of commercial entitlements on approximately 37.58 acres. I will note on this one that you did receive a Corrected exhibit A that was sent to the uh each county commissioner and also to the clerk's office. So um the request

    is to approve uh the item with conditions as included in your agenda packet. That comes with a recommendation from the planning and development department and the local the uh Planning Commission and with the correction to exhibit A of the legal description.
