    It's PDD 227567. It's a zoning amendment, GNH 54 LLC. It's rezoning from AR Agricultural Residential District to a C2 General Commercial District. Um after the agenda was published, there was some ex partes that came in, which have been sent to the clerk's office from Commissioner's Mariano, Moore, Oakley, and Starkey. Comes to you with a recommendation of approval from the Planning and Development Department and the and the Uh Planning Commission, sorry.
