Text revisions to sections 602.08M impact fee, mobility fees, and development fee surcharges, and section 602.10, VOPH transportation analysis, table revisions to exhibit 602-C, transportation development fee schedule.

   8:14Revisions to exhibit 602-D, property owner credits, map and table amendments to exhibit 602 E, Master Roadway Plan, add new cross-section 60AA.
