So if the board does want to approve it, if you could approve it subject to clerk review, that's um the only question I have on those items.

    Yeah. So they're different items but the issue for all of them is the same, which is either we just got it today, the the um the documents, or we haven't received it. For instance, C twenty one, I don't believe we've received anything yet. Well how how is that happening?

Um some have not been filed at all, so we want to make sure that it is the appropriate document um before we upload it into the official record with signatures. And if there is an issue, we will bring it back.
