    Good afternoon, Commissioner. Elizabeth Blair, Senior Assistant County Attorney, Pasco County Attorney's Office. Today is the second public hearing, the adoption hearing on an ordinance entitled An Ordinance by the Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, Amending the Pasco County Land Development Code, Chapter 600, Overlay and Special Districts, Creating Section 605, Airport Overlay Districts, Appendix A definitions, and other sections as necessary for internal. Consistency, providing for applicability, repealer, providing for severality, conclusion of the Atlantic Element Code, and an effective

    date. This is our public hearing, like I said, and today I'd ask that you hold the public hearing to accept public comment if any. And also thank Denise Hernandez for her extensive work on this matter with me. Any questions for me?

It's been a it's been a journey and um staff has worked really, really, really hard on this and they collaborated and um they really should be commended for the work effort. This is not an easy topic. I've been learning along the way and they've taught me a lot and I think I've taught them some too, but I just wanted to go on the record and and say that uh Really, really uh worked hard on it and uh appreciate your collaboration.
