    Item P91 is a zoning amendment to the name of Jordan and Jordan, MPUD Master Plan Unit Development, substantial modification by Jordan and Jordan Incorporated. It's a substantial modification to the MPUD Master Plan Unit Development District to extend the expiration date of previous of a previously approved MPUD. And this comes with a recommendation of approval. With the established conditions.
