    Starkey

no one signed up for this item.

    OakleyChair

Anyone here to speak against uh P76? See seeing no one may leave leave it on consent and move to P uh

    Starkey

Can I I have a few questions on one I don't want to pull them off consent but I just want to ask this because I'm looking so fast which I don't think so first I want to ask on P seventy five That is on State Road fifty two. So that's all right, we're going fast. Uh uh Is that right? Is it it's on the south side of State Road fifty two? Does it require a sidewalk in front of it?

Because uh when I passed Murata it didn't have any sidewalks in front of it, so we have a mistake there. A a sidewalk or a trail. I mean, we're putting looks like the proposed route for the Orange Belt Trail is gonna be along some portions of The old State Road fifty two. So we should have them be putting it in if that's part of the route.

    Denise

    I don't see

    Starkey

    anything on

    Denise

here stating that there's gonna be a sidewalk installed. All it talks about is stub outs to the properties that are adjacent to uh the west.

    Starkey

I don't care what it is, if it's on State Road fifty two. But

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

you can't stipulate a sidewalk but in a straight zoning category. It would have to be something that is required administratively and they'll take care of it. But it's not it's not

    Denise

a good idea. Oh oh so let me colleague is just telling me that it is required by the code to install a sidewalk. Okay, but that's already a code requirement.

    Starkey

We just did a press release on the proposed route for the Orange Belt Trail. Which is going up The proposed route right now is to go up Parts of Old 52. It could not be on this part. I just don't have it memorized. So someone tell me. Is this property on the proposed route for the Orange Belt that we just put out the press release last week.

    Denise

If someone can look up this information on GIS. Yeah,

    Mike Carballa

we'll we'll have to come back to you with an answer on that if that's okay. I mean I've got Nick here.

    Starkey

Okay. And then on the keys, um

    OakleyChair

Well this is State Road fifty two and not not County Road fifty two.

    Starkey

It is? So it's not the old County Road fifty two.

    Yeah, so Um then my

    Denise

    next

    Starkey

    question

    Denise

So the the trail is going up Hartman Road which is north of this project. Yeah

    Starkey

somewhere it connects in the old fifty two fifty two or something not at the

    end of the

or whatever we're calling it, state county road fifty two. So it's not anywhere near here. I gotcha. But I don't think would we want people around there to be able to access that trail?

I mean do we need a multi use path and not a sidewalk there? Maybe it's not the great big one, but do we need something different?

That's so that's a question on that one. And then I want to come back to the Keys concrete one. It's requires a sidewalk on the south side of fifty-two. at f um just west of forty one, but it doesn't say anything about a sidewalk on air and cutoff. And are we gonna require anything on Aaron cutout side in front of that property?

    Denise

So again being told by my colleague that the code already requires a sidewalk along c air and cutoff. Okay. But you called it out specifically until We called it out specifically because of the width and because there were questions as to where the trail was gonna go. So the applicant said, hey, irregardless of where the trail's gonna go, I'm gonna actually put a sidewalk so we actually wanted to commit to that Uh to n specifically to that sidewalk on fifty two in the in the voluntarily agreed apartment.

    Starkey

Because the multi use trail is on the other side. Right. On the north side. That's correct. But but Okay. Um Uh, Angeline did not put in, as of right now, a sidewalk along fifty the southern part of fifty two. And when I had a conversation with Secretary Gwynne, Um we're gonna talk about this again later. He said that The county agreed that all the sidewalks on 52 between Suncoast and 41 would be put in by the developers.

So we have to Be very careful. that we're doting our I's in the past N R T's Yeah. Who in the county agreed to that? We're trying

    Mike Carballa

to substantiate that statement right now.

    Starkey

Justin said that as well. We said I know it was dumb, but

    Mariano

that's do anyone here recall it? What? Do you recall it? I don't recall being asked that.

    Starkey

Well I wasn't in the conversation. That was with our engineering department.

    OakleyChair

    We'll have to verify.

    Starkey

Sorry, but I I see what's going on and I I'm kinda going with secretary. Okay, um so

    Denise

I think we're good then. So this is all you

    know

as you know, this is a Euclidean zoning, so it's all incorporated into the the voluntarily agreed upon deed restriction in the keys situation. So

    Starkey

is it possible we can instead of getting a five foot sidewalk we can get eight foot on the the the seventy five, I guess it was

    Unidentified speakerVoice B

    seventy five?

    Starkey

    Up to an eight foot.

W which it's a good idea. Which item are we speaking about now? The one next to Murata. Isn't that isn't does this say it's coming in next to Murata?

    Denise

    This is P seventy five.

    Starkey

    Yeah.

    Denise

I think the if you'd like to pull it from consent we could the applicant can come up and speak to that to that item. 'Cause the code will require sidewalk but it's not gonna require any. I know, but I'm just trying to get something

    Starkey

where two people can walk side by side. Supplementary. Two moms can push a stroke. Whatever.

Okay, we'll pull that one off then.

    Unidentified speakerVoice C

    Okay.

    Denise

You wanna pull seventy-five off? Yeah. Okay. I thought they were not going to be able to do that So we're gonna walk it.

    OakleyChair

Okay. P76, did I say leave that on consent?

I already had it marked. So we move to uh P77.

    Starkey

All right. Peace, peace. Okay. Well did you already do P seventy six

and I made you go back? Back? Yes. Okay. Correct. P seventy seven is Tampa Bay Times November twenty second, twenty twenty three, and my affidavit is certified mailings and site postings.

    Denise

So on P77, this is the transmittal. So we're asking you to please take public comment and authorize transmittal to Department of Commerce and other reviewing agencies. It's PDD 240032, it's a comprehensive plan amendment, C Pap CPA 2302, Land O' Lakes 5241, providing for transmittal of a comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use map 2-15 and sheet 12, changing from RO. Bar Retail Office Residential, COM Commercial and Res 3, Residential, 3 Dwelling Units per gross acre to PD

Adding sub-area map 2-976, Land O' Lakes 5241, and providing for additional text amendments as necessary for internal consistency, providing for repealer, severability, and an effective date. This is going to

be a mixed-use project that consists of 130,000 square feet of commercial and 350 multifamily uses, which are multifamily 300 miles. multifamily and 50 town homes. This is gonna come to you further on as an MPUD on this on this item. And the adoption for this one is scheduled for March 12, 2024 at 1.30.

    Starkey

And I see that they are building their tr their sidewalk on fifty-two.

And see, the developer's supposed to be putting them in between Sun the Sun Coast and Forty One.

    OakleyChair

Mr. Chairman Yes, just a couple of sidewalks on fifty two and forty one for this project.

    Starkey

    Oh I had a meeting

    Starkey

    on this

    Starkey

    one.

    OakleyChair

So that answers a quick question?

    Starkey

I think so. There's no one signed up for this item.

    OakleyChair

    Everyone sign up for P77?

    Starkey

    Yes, sir.

    OakleyChair

Uh is anyone to speak against P77? Seeing no one, I'm gonna ask for a motion for all the consent items P67, P68, P69.

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

No. P sixty seven, P sixty eight, you skip P six. No, no, I've got

    OakleyChair

those set aside. P seventy and P seventy one are

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

    set aside.

    OakleyChair

    So it's got people

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

    you've already continued.

You just mentioned it's not on the consent agenda.

    OakleyChair

    I got you.

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

    All right.

    OakleyChair

    So

    Starkey

I have that you pulled P seventy, seventy five. I

    OakleyChair

pulled P seventy and P P seventy one and what?

    Starkey

    Seventy five.

    OakleyChair

B75, I thought we answered that one.

    So we pulled it.

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

So if I can, it it remains on consent. It according to my notes is sixty-seven, sixty-eight

    Mary Mcknight

    Hmm?

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

Seventy three, seventy-four, seventy-five, seventy-six, and seventy-seven. They are that that is your consent agenda.

    Starkey

Um on on this last one. Can we pull sixty-seven? Can I ask a question on P seventy seven?

    Sun Coast

No, those are your P7. That is the

    Starkey

    Oh

    Sun Coast

    that's where I'm voting.

    Starkey

Um is it connecting to any other property around it or is it only accessed by fifty two?

    Denise

I saw something about Bullock. There are there are connections. If when you look at the MPUD, is gonna connect um in different locations.

    You're a interconnects. Mr.

    Weightman

Chairman question. Again, four motions called. I saved my little local questions to the end. I assume everywhere, just to confirm on the record, that all our commercial industrial sites on here remote.

    Denise

Absolutely, yes. And then we did add that tax, you know, we're adding that one to pause.

    Weightman

I just like to hear it makes me feel more comfortable.

    OakleyChair

So what are my items again, Deb?

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

Your cons your consent agenda is sixty-seven, sixty-eight. Okay.

Sixty nine. No. No. Seventy-three. Seventy-four. Seventy-five, seventy-six, seven seven. Seventy five was pulled. Seventy five was pulled? Oh that's a little bit. Yeah, seventy-five was pulled. Okay. Try this again. Sixty-seven. Sixty-seven? Sixty? Sixty-eight.

    Seventy-three, seventy-four, seventy-six, and seventy-seven.

More approval of the remaining consent agenda.

    Planning and Development staff

    Second.

    OakleyChair

All right, I got a motion and a second. All those in favor say aye. Aye. Aye. All opposed low.

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

Those numbers were your consent agenda. Yes. Yeah. Okay.

    OakleyChair

Thank you. Okay. So motion pass 4-0. Um now we gotta go back and pick up you said 69, wasn't it?

    Starkey

    70. You continued 69. You continued

    OakleyChair

    69. Oh 69 continues. And

    Unidentified speakerVoice A

    you

    OakleyChair

continued 72. All right, go back to P70. Is anyone signed up for P70?

    Starkey

There is no one signed up.

    Starkey

Yeah, mow before the bad weather. They're telling me trees are down on the west side already.
