C11 is the 2024 interlocal agreement between Pasco County and the City of Dade City to address transportation capacity impacts and the establishment of joint projects. We're revising the agreement. In Section 3, there was a minor revision made to delete the requirement to hold impact fee in a separate account. And then in exhibit A of that agreement Um

    under the state federal allocation for morningside for the morningside drive project. uh we added the fourteen million dollars in exhibit A.
