    located south of Massachusetts Avenue, approximately one thousand three hundred feet west of the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Rowan Road, and providing for additional text amendments as necessary for internal consistency, providing for repealer severability and an effective date. This comes to you with a recommendation to approve the proposed comprehensive plan amendment amendment and adopt the ordinance by roll call vote. We have a presentation if so desired.
