    Thank you, Madam Chair. Nicaragua's Pito's Planning Development Economic Growth Department. Item P thirty-three is PDE 250078. This is an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan providing for a comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use maps 2-15 and Sheet 01, changing from res three residential three dwellings per gross acre, res six residential six dwellings per gross acre, and res nine residential nine. Dwelling units per gross acre to IL Industrial Light on approximately 7.93 acres of real property

    located north of Coomer Road, south of State Road 575, east of Pine Products Road, and west of Bower Road. This comes to you with a recommendation uh from the Planning Development Economic Product Department and the Local Planning Agency to approve the proposed comprehensive plan amendment and adopt the ordinance by roll call vote. And there's a presentation if so desired.
