PC three is PDE 250165, a comprehensive plan amendment, CPAS 23, parentheses 18, Pasco Mine, providing for a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use maps. 2-15 and sheet four, changing res one residential one dwelling unit per gross acre to PD plan development on

    approximately nineteen point four one acres of real property located at the south side of County Line Road. This is coming with the recommendation that the local planning agency find the proposed amendment consistent with the comprehensive planning.

KM, Pasco one twenty holdings, O L C Request is rezoning requests for from an AC agricultural district to M PD master plan unit development to allow for the development of thirty thousand square feet of commercial and retail 150,000 square feet of light industrial, and seven acres of concrete batch

    plant and associated infrastructure. on approximately nineteen point four one acres located on the south side of County Line Road, one point one and a quarter miles west of the Suncoast Parkway. This is coming with a recommendation of approval with conditions from the Planning Development Economic Growth Department.
