PC3, you'll be sitting as the local planning agency. PDE 25-0440. It's a development agreement in the name of Wiregrass MPUD, Master Plan Unit Development. It's CKB, Development LLC. It's proposed is to modify the

    existing development agreement for the Wiregrass MPUD, and that's coming with a Recommendation for approval.

Proposes a modification to the development agreement for the Watergrass MPUD. This comes with an approval uh recommendation to approve the development agreement amendment and to authorize the Chairman to execute the amendment.

    Uh, item P93 is PDE 257836. This is a zoning amendment for a substantial modification to the Watergrass MPUD by CKB Development LLC. This is a rezoning request to substantially modify the Watergrass MPUD to amend the Promenade Business Center uses and to allow for the donation of a library site to Pasco County. This comes with a recommendation to approve with conditions and is the companion zoning action to the development agreement that was heard earlier.
