PC one is PDE 260286, a small-scale comprehensive plan amendment, CPAS 2503, in the name of Old Dixie RV Resort PD. Providing for a comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use maps 2-15 and Sheet 03, changing from Res 6, residential 6 dwelling units per gross acre, to PD Plan Development on approximately 12.56

    acres of real property located in on the west side of Old Dixie Highway, approximately 0.25 miles south of the intersection of Gulf Way and Old Dixie Highway. And a text amendment creating sub-area policy flu 7.1.87 Old Dixie RB Resort PD, and a map amendment to the future land use map 2-9, adding sub-area map 2-987, Old Dixie RB Resort PD. And this is coming with a request to continue the item to a date uncertain.

    County, a budding Old Dixie Highway on the east side, approximately 0.56 miles north of New York Avenue. and Old Dixie Highway intersection. Containing approximately twelve point five six acres and this is also coming with the request to a date uncertain and that is the remainder of the continuance agenda.
