Located in west central Pasco County on Morgan Road, approximately 0.85 miles

    north of the intersection of State Road 52 and Choctaw Trail, containing approximately 0.18 acres. And this is coming forth with the recommendation of approval of the proposed variance with conditions as set forth under the recommended condition section to authorize the chairman to execute one original variance order provided and the Board records to distribute as set forth under the distribution section below.
