So there is an existing 12-foot multi-use path on the north side of State Road 52 from Bellamy Brothers over to Curly Road. So that's going to be your east side. Along

   2:11:58Bellamy Brothers, so at the intersection south, they are constructing constructing a ten foot wide multi use paved uh tri path that is being done by the Amazon uh

Um so how is someone gonna safely cross that road? And is there a driveway? Are there driveways into whatever's coming here? Maybe a gas station? I don't know. Is that a drive-thru business?

Um but the orange belt that is not part of the orange belt. From what I've seen. It goes up over until we get the the Orange Belt Trail

   2:15:42I just want to make sure that whatever happens on this corner in the site plan approval that they're taken into account However anyone's crossing the street. And until till I see a plan of how that's happening, I I have concerns. So if you could tell me we could fix it somewhere. Or you can you're gonna deal with it in the site plan approval. I don't know, do we get another chance after this or are we done?

   2:16:08It's not on the same side as the applicant's property, is it? Correct. So this is uh from what Ms. Tull just said Amazon is building building the ten foot a ten foot wide trail on the west side, which means the The crossing in order to get to the other side you either cross Bellamy and then fifty two or you just cross fifty two straight forward. Okay.

   2:16:37You need to see someone need to see if there's a landing place on the north West Corner. That's good.

   2:16:47Because it's I don't think they took that into consideration.

   2:16:50So there is safety money with DOT. We got that grant a couple of years ago after going to NACO. So this could be added to that. And if they are gonna redo that intersection, and that intersection does need to get get to re redone anyway, because that needs turn lanes anyway, especially on the other side. So if they're looking at that right now, which I think they are

   2:17:18Yeah, because the multi-use path on Bellamy is gonna be on the east side, going north. Is what we've been told here. And so It's Haddy Court. No, on the west side it's a sidewalk, north of fifty two. I tried to get y'all to stop that, but I wasn't successful. So the multi-use path according to these guys, is on the west side, east side of Bellamy, north of fifty two.
