    Item P forty-nine is an ordinance amending the Pasco County Comprehensive Plan, providing for a comprehensive plan amendment to the future land use map, map two-fifteen and sheet twenty-two, from res six, residential six dwelling units per gross acre to COM Commercial on approximately 0.71 acre of real property located on the south side of State Road 54, approximately 200 feet west of Shelley Lane, and providing for additional text. Amendments as necessary for internal consistency, providing for repeal or severability and an effective date. This

    comes to you with a recommendation of approval from the Planning and Economic Growth Department as well as the local planning agency. This is a small scale amendment. We have a presentation if needed. Otherwise, recommendations adopt by Roll Copper.
