    me. Item P fifty six is PEG twenty-four seven seven one eight. It's a zoning amendment in the name of Circle K at New State Route 52 and Prospect MPUD, steam fruit LLC Steam Fruit LLC. It's for rezoning from an AR agricultural residential district to an MPUD to allow for 11,300. 30 square feet of non-residential entitlements on approximately 3.63 acres. The request is to continue the item to the April 23rd, 2024 Board of County Commissioners meeting at 130 in Newport Ritchie.

    Um if you would please call for public comment because it was not advertised as a continuance. On this item, there there have been ex parte communications with Commissioner Mariano and Commissioner Weightman, and those have been uh submitted to the clerk's office but to the extent that they have not they will be after today's meeting.
