    Item P fifty six was published in the Tampe Times on February twenty-first, twenty twenty four, and by affidavit of certified mailings and site postings. This was continued from April 10th, 2024 BCC meeting to the April 23rd, 2024 BCC meeting where it was continued to today.

    Item P fifty six is PG twenty-four seven seven seventy five. It's a zoning amendment in the names of Thomas Lee and Kimberly and Savannah. It's for a change in zoning from an AR agricultural residential district to a C2 General Commercial District with a voluntarily agreed upon deed restriction that limits the uses to those uses in the C2 General Commercial District, also known as the Live Local Act deed restriction. Comes to you with a recommendation of approval from the Planning. and an economic growth department and the Planning Commission.
