    Good afternoon, Josh Wood, Public Infrastructure Fiscal and Business Administration.

    Yeah. So um yes, Commissioner. So this item is just simply uh an intent to acquire uh that we are presenting to um from Pasco County to the Florida Government Utility Authority. So it's essentially us signaling to their board that we intend to acquire the consolidated system.

    Okay. And with that said, as a as a Member of the board we have with the representation, any time the Commission asked for this we're granted it. And we've had several successes already. Um and I want to just remind people the reason we joined this F Florida Governmental Utility Authority was because it troubled private water water systems. Um I think this morning we also heard And I hope you get a copy of that file about Hudson Waterworks, what the things that are going on there. And I know we're looking at that as far as coming up, but this might give you some extra ammunition to go

    with it. But I appreciate what you're doing with this here. I think it's a great idea.
