   41:42Yes, sir. Uh go ahead, Mr. Just wanted to briefly make sure the board was aware on these. You know, we bid

   41:51Last week for the Turnpike Authority.

   41:55effectively be in their agent as part of the partnership to to do the work, one to make sure that the interchange is ready when our project, Ridge Road, is paved and ready to put traffic on it next July. As part of that, we have been working with them because ten years years ago they had budgeted fifteen million dollars for the interchange. As we all know, inflation's happened over ten years. And today that total all-in project number is about twenty-five million to do the interchange design, construction, wetland mitigation, everything. At this point they

   42:25have Committed only the fifteen million dollars plus we've here another three as of Friday to pay for the interchange which leaves us a deficit of seven million dollars which they're expecting the county to pick up. I will say that We have a ninety-seven agreement with Term Pi or with F Dot who pre preceded Turnpike on this that says they will pay for the entire interchange. We are trying to work through that with them. I just want to make sure the board was aware of that before they approved these two items. We need these approved. So that we can continue to stay on

   42:55the timetable we need. to open that interchange and Ridge Road next July. Uh and so we're gonna continue to work with Turnpike on that so that they will pay the full value of that, but in the interim. you know, we are prepared to step up into the gap while we work with them and make sure that the project's fully funded so we can go to construction. But we will continue to work with them to make sure that they stand um and comply with the agreements that they have with the the Board of County Commissioners, which is to fund the entire

   43:26interchange. So I just wanted to make sure the board was aware of that. We are working with that. with our legislative delegation on that uh to make sure that happens. But I just want to make sure the board was aware of that. Well

   43:37Mr. Ballas, thank you for that and Yeah, that's unfortunate we're having to go through this now when there there's an agreement that was made back in nineteen ninety seven, right? So they need to stick with their agreement. And as a reminder, um Every time a vehicle pull pulls on that turnpike. They're making money. I move approved. They don't get it they don't get to drive the turnpike for free. So there is actually revenue source that's coming from those vehicles that will be go getting on and off that interchange. Um just to say Back in two thousand four and five, um we were carrying that on our MPO list for years, and the Turnpike Authority asked us to take it off the list and they would put it back on whenever we get the approval. and it had nothing to do with any conditions about how much they would fund, the whole thing would be funded.
