    Uh Madam Clerk Keith Wiley up just for a moment. Um I'm very happy about this uh project. Um Environmental Lands is doing a a good job and he's paying a very good price for this. I think it's like twenty-five thousand an acre, so Keith, whatever you can get in that area to help kind of supplement and fully supportive too, but I think you've done a great job with this. I just want to highlight it and congratulate you.
