My husband was served seven years on there before me and Dewey Mitchell served before My husband right the basin boy and I can tell you that Every year when I would drive down to approve our cooperative
funding budget, which was When I started it was twenty five million dollars a year. Just for the PA basin, which is like Conerton. Southwest Pasco, starting like in the Conton area, southwest Pasco and all of Penellas. We didn't have any cooperative projects. W all our money was going to Penny for County because we we didn't have the matching money. Um And it wasn't until maybe my last two years that um we got a utility fee. and we were able to have some money
